The management is pool.
The apartment furniture is old (the fridges are from the '80, carpets are dirty & browny).The plumbing is a really pain in the #%#. But the manager named Geraldine is the biggest phony polony that I've ever met. If you want to stay here, then shut your mouth, never complain about anything. Otherwise, either she will tell you she doesn't believe you or give you a hard time.
